Benjamin GRUNDLER

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Benjamin Grundler has developed widely recognised expertise in white-collar crime.

He regularly acts in high-profile cases assisting major French and foreign entities and their executives and employees before the French criminal courts.

He also assists his clients in foreign criminal proceedings.

He is regularly recognised in the various professional rankings of the best lawyers, such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Décideurs Juridiques and Lexology -Who’s Who Legal-.

He graduated from the London School of Economics with a Master in law in 2005 and from the Université Panthéon-Assas with a Master 2 in law in 2003. He began his professional career in business criminal law at Metzner Associés between 2006 and 2011.

He taught international corruption and money laundering at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) for 8 years.

In 2011, he co-founded Visconti & Grundler, now Grundler & Artuphel.

François ARTUPHEL

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, François Artuphel specializes in white collar crime and regularly advocates before the criminal courts.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, University College of London and Paris II Assas, he practiced for 13 years with Haïk & Associés before joining Visconti Grundler & Artuphel in 2023, now Grundler & Artuphel.

François Artuphel represents French and foreign companies, their executives and various public figures in French and foreign criminal proceedings. He was notably involved in the criminal defense of a former French President.

He runs training courses on corruption at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature and is a member of the active steering committee of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes.

He is regularly recognized in various professional rankings, such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Décideurs Juridiques.

Aloïs Blin

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Aloïs Blin practices in white-collar crime and has developed a recognized expertise in handling complex disputes involving the coordination of criminal proceedings with parallel civil and commercial litigation.

He assists companies, executives and employees before French criminal courts, as well as in the context of internal investigations.

Aloïs Blin is regularly ranked in various professional rankings such as Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in the field of business criminal law.

He graduated from EDHEC Business School and from Université Paris-Saclay (Master’s degree in Business Law). He began his career in leading Paris law firms, notably working alongside Pierre-Olivier Sur, former President of the Paris Bar, at FTMS, before co-founding Talma Avocats in 2022.

In 2026, he joined Grundler & Artuphel as a partner.

Juliette SAVIE

Juliette Savie works on the firm’s cases involving general criminal law, white-collar crime, media law, and internal investigations.

In this capacity, she represents both individuals and legal entities and assists the firm’s international clients.

Before joining the firm as an associate, she trained at leading law firms specializing in criminal law and business litigation, as well as at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Bobigny Judicial Court.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Juliette Savie holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Law School of Sciences Po Paris. She is also registered on the Paris Bar’s emergency criminal defense list.

She is fluent in English.

Sabrina Delattre

Sabrina Delattre practises mainly in criminal law and commercial litigation. She represents and assists French and foreign companies as well as individuals. She also has specific expertise in international criminal law.

Before joining Grundler & Artuphel as Counsel, she practised at a leading law firm specialising in industrial risks and aviation law, as well as at Talma Avocats in business criminal law.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Sabrina Delattre holds a doctorate in comparative criminal law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Her thesis, on the subject of preventive sentences in France and England, was awarded the Prix du Défenseur des droits and the Prix Delmas-Marty in 2018.

She is also editorial secretary of the Revue de science criminelle et de droit pénal comparé (Journal of Criminal Science and Comparative Criminal Law) and head of the working group on prisons at the Human Rights League.

She is fluent in English.

Mathilde AVRON

Mathilde Avron primarily practices in white-collar criminal law and general criminal law, and also advises in business law.

Before joining the firm in 2023, she began her career in the Corporate – M&A team at Bredin Prat, where she practiced business law (mergers and acquisitions) for over four years.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Mathilde is a former student of French preparatory classes in literature. She graduated from HEC Paris (2016) and holds two Master’s degrees from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas: a Master’s in International Tax Law (2016) and a Master’s in Business Law (2017).

Mathilde is also registered on the Paris Bar’s emergency criminal defense list.

She is fluent in English.

Baptiste PITRÉ

Baptiste PITRE specializes in white collar and general criminal law.

Before joining Grundler & Artuphel in 2025, he completed several experiences with renowned criminal law firms (Temime Associés, Spinosi, Schapira & Associés) and at the Paris Criminal Court.

Graduated of the Master 2 in criminal law at the Université Paris Panthéon Assas, Baptiste has also given tutoring classes at the Maison d’arrêt de la Santé.

He is fluent in English.

Camille FONTAINE

Camille Fontaine primarily practices in white-collar criminal law and also works in general criminal law.

Prior to joining the firm, she had several experiences in law firms (Lombard Baratelli Astolfe et Associés, French Cornut-Gentille).

Additionally, she previously worked as an intern at the Rennes Court of Appeal (white-collar crime section) and with a Court-appointed receiver (BTSG 2).

She holds a Master’s degree in Fundamental Criminal Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

She is also registered on the Paris Bar’s emergency criminal defense list.

Ambre SALLEY

Ambre Salley practices in criminal law and commercial litigation.

She joined Grundler & Artuphel in 2026, after completing several internships with law firms particularly renowned for their litigation practice (FTMS, August Debouzy, Talma Avocats).

Admitted to the Paris Bar, she holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law from Paris 12 University and an LL.M. from Bond University (Australia).

She is fluent in English.
